This is a Meal Replacement Fruit Smoothie. We used fresh strawberries, blueberries skim milk and plain yogurt (you can use vanilla or even a fruit yogurt and it will still be great). The plain yogurt gives it a little tang!

1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
2 scoops whey protein

add a cup of ice if you want to make it more like a frozen fruit smoothie.
