Here is an “Old School” pre/post workout powder you can make and home and take anywhere.  Just add water, shake and pound!

1 cup (or more depending on desired calories) of old fashioned oatmeal
50 grams protein powder (2 scoops)
1 tablespoon brown sugar (or more for flavoring…. I used about 8! YUM YUM)
1 tablespoon cinnamon

We blended this powder in a Blendtec EZ Blender (available at  It’s the only blender we know of that can turn our ingredients into a super fine powder perfect for shaking up in a shaker bottle.
