hello, names gabriel and i have always had a pretty high metabolism never really ever passed 130lbs my whole life. I am 19 right now 5"4 (yes short) and around 125lbs. I pretty much always worked out, but not with weights and i know it's a really big factor to lift so now i am. I am not to familiar with weight lifting so im going by this youtube video i seen. I i lift 3 days a week and when im not lifting im pretty much doing carido.
1.when i lift i do 8 curls. when i do my curls i rest my elbow to the inside of my thigh, pull up the bar with two hands then go down slowly with one hand it's like a 25lb weight 2.then i do i think their called tricep extensions i use the same dumbbell 15 of those 3.i use that same dumbbell but use two hands and do 21's or i think thats what its called... 4.i do 15 dips very steady and really slow
i repeat this 5 times with no break then after i might go for like a mile run this dumbbell is like a 25lb weight i don't have any other weights so yeah....
the cardio days i just run do a bunch of situps and crunches pull ups
my question is, is it baddd to be working out everyday like this with no breakkk?? i drink only 1 whey protein shake a dayy after my workout i don't know how much to eat i tryy eating like 5 times a dayyy in my house there is alot of rice i don't know if thats fine i eat oatmeal every morning idk what to snack on i bought beef jerky and soy nuts. really im just trying to get bigger arms but im finding that all this eatting is kinda making my stomach biggerrr.
i wanna just need some knowledge from someoneeee about getting bigger and like i said i have always been pretty just average i don't get buff or anything.
im actually pretty strong though i don't know if im just one of those people that don't get buff cut bigg or what ever. i can do like 15-20 one handed push ups lol just saying..
thanks for the help if you can im dumb when it comes to this stufff

Thank you for coming on the forum!! You need to make sure you are not overtraining, as your body will adapt to anything, and thus not grow. also, make sure you are eating to grow as well. YOU HAVE TO EAT TO GROW!!! You need to eat whole food proteins, fish, chicken, lean steak, turkey etc Keep the rice going as it is a great carb! Also try some gainer shakes as they are quick and easy and you can get the calories in quick. Here are some recipes to help. If you need some more help, do not hesitate to ask! Welcome to the WHEYVOLUTION!!

Basically you need to make sure you are in a caloric surplus. Carbs are vital to put on weight. Work out less so you can recover. Running will make it harder to gain weight, so modify your cardio. Your weightlifting looks fine but do it 3-4 days a week.

Caloric surplus is consuming more calories than you are burning. I am saying if you run, it will be harder to put on muscle mass.

I would say you need more weights, something like a 300lb weight set. Also, you can stay lean and put on mass, you just have to EAT!!!!!

LOL...ask as many as you want! Carbs will put the mass on as well as protein. Keep your carbs at about 50% And yes get a bench with about 300lbs of weight.

Yes, but you will have to increase the weight to stimulate growth.
