Honestly, I would stick to whole food proteins and some whey protein. Creatine isn't a real good at your age man. You can get just as good of gains with food,training, and some whey. Thanks for joining the forum

Yea, at 14 he body is making enough creatine to really benefit from an additional 5g.

sounds like you would be talking about test levels w/ a test booster as a teen. I thought y'all were more open to teenage creatine use.

I dont think 5g a day would harm a 14 year old per se, but i dont see it benefitting him at least to a point that one will notice in gains.
My advice would be to reassign the money to additional protein supply.

17 or 18 it wont hurt but at 14?i mean the kid just hit puberty not long ago
