I wanna loose my excess belly fat to make my abs more visible, so before i workout my muscles i always run. But which is better?

1. 10 mins of alternating sprints and jogs
2. distance run (like around 20 mins) with a slower pace

a buddy of mine says he has to work for his abs. says he runs like 2 miles 2 or 3 times a week. so maybe distance?

hmmm alright ill try 1 month of the HIIT way

because i did one month of distance running so i just run for like 20-24mins straight but a jogs pace and my stomach flattened out a tiny bit

Have you tried of just doing high reps of abs (100 reps or more) with like a sweater and sweat pants on? that should do the trick

Yea, I dont know about sit ups ans sweats as the best way to lose Fat. Unfortunately there is no spot reduction when it comes to fat loss.
Sounds like a good way to dry out, drop water weight.
