i know soy makes estrogen...but i want to add some soy protein to my whey shakes for heart health,how much is too much andy?i want the benefits and none of the downfalls...whats a good ratio?

You are safe with about 10-15 grams of soy bro. At that ratio you will not see any estrogen produced affects.

There aren't really any other side effects other than increased estrogen production. Yes that is grams of soy per day

Unless you are trying to up your prtein intake, Omega-3's would be a better choice for heart health and has an array of benefits to the body.
